Consense® includes multi-channel detection chips in glass or polymer. These self-filling by capillary forces microstrustured chips are used to transport the couple reagent/candidate and reliably positions the sample on the detection spot thanks to a computerized XYZ positioning table.
Several types of chips are available (up to 20 channels)
Powerfull exclusive algorithms extract a maximum of information about the different molecules in the solution and the way they behave or interact : concentrations relaive to targetted species, association / dissociation constant. The analysis is performed by selecting the appropriate parameters from the individual species detected in the solution and let the software calculate their individual concentrations. Generally a maximum of 6 measurements with different candidate concentrations is enough to determine the association / dissociation constant. |
