The main system parts
Consense® is equiped with one or multiple lasers and one oil immersion objective (63 x Zeiss 1.3NA) – additional on request.
Excitation wavelentghs : 532nm (as standard) or 480nm and 670nm optional, with a maximum of 3 wavelentghs.
Optical system : direct coupling with optical fliters, stable beam forming optical components (mirrors and filters) and beam attenuation
Detector : single photon avalanche diode (SPAD) typical measurement time (one minute / read)
Pinhole : 50 to 100µm, motorized XYZ positioning system
