On-Line viable Cell density in Cell culture and Fermentation

the new Fogale intelligent Biomass System 100 or 465 uses the capacitance technology to monitor in real time the viable cell density and control cell growth and drug expression. The system also includes the latest advanced multi-frequency scanning capability for cell physiology characterization and more process understanding.

Designed to work in laboratory and manufacturing environment. Easily mounted on traditional steam sterilized fermenters or on recently launched single-use bioreactors. The probes meet the need for improved traçability required in the pharmaceutical industry. they come with embedded memory with ID's, serial numbers, calibration, and other intelligent tracking features such as sterilization counts and remaininf life time. The transmitter controls up to 4 probes from a touchscreen interface. it offers wide graphical displays, internal memory for data logging and standard communication protocols such as USB, Serial bus, Ethernet and analog outputs.
